To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments, please review the following booking terms for patients seeing Dr Dev Naik:
Booking Policy
Appointments
All consultations and treatments are by advance booking only. New and existing patients are welcome, subject to availability.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer or specialist treatment sessions. This deposit is redeemable against treatment costs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other patients.
Missed Appointments (DNA – Did Not Attend)
Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted future booking availability or requirement for prepayment.
Treatment Planning Appointments
Initial consultations are used to assess needs, discuss options, and provide treatment plans. Any recommended treatment will be scheduled separately where required.
Emergency Appointments
Emergency slots may be available for existing patients, subject to clinical urgency and daily capacity.
