Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we provide dental services to our patients. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at our practice, you agree to the terms below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments where necessary, with reasonable notice where possible.

2. New Patients & Consultations

Initial consultations are required for new patients. These appointments allow us to assess your oral health, discuss concerns, and provide a treatment plan and cost estimate. No treatment will be carried out without your informed consent.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All fees will be explained prior to treatment.
  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept multiple payment methods as advised by the practice.
  • Failure to settle accounts may result in suspension of further treatment and/or debt recovery action.

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Missed appointments (DNA – Did Not Attend) may be charged in full.
  • Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking availability.

6. Deposits

Deposits may be required for certain treatments or longer appointments. These are non-refundable if sufficient cancellation notice is not given.

7. Clinical Outcomes

While we always aim to provide the highest standard of care, dental treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances and oral health.

8. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical history and information
  • Attending scheduled appointments
  • Following aftercare instructions
  • Maintaining regular oral hygiene and check-ups

9. Emergencies

Emergency appointments are available subject to clinical urgency and availability. Existing patients may be prioritised.

10. Data Protection

We handle all patient data in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used and stored.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always apply.
